Manhattan Man Falls 24 Stories From Balcony - NY1.comThis morning I woke up to a NY Post reporter at the door. Apparently while I was away, my neighbor, a 24-year old, was sucked from his balcony after the railing gave way during the storm on Saturday night.
All I knew of him was that his apartment smelled like popcorn, that he spoke French and that he said he liked my ankle boots once in the elevator.
